Submission Guidelines
- Submissions will be considered only if they are written in English.
- Every article must include an abstract of no more than 300 words. Abstracts are not required for case comments or book reviews.
- The abstract should clearly outline the originality and relevance of the proposed argument. It must also highlight the article’s distinct contribution to existing academic discussions or literature.
- Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors per submission.
- To facilitate a blind review process, manuscripts must not reveal the identity of the author(s). However, references to previously published work by the author(s) may be included.
- The citations must conform to OSCOLA 4th Edition.
- The Editorial Board will conduct a plagiarism check in accordance with the prevailing guidelines set by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Graphics, Charts, Tables, and Diagrams should be numbered consecutively when included in the body of the work.
- Endnotes and/or Bibliography and in-text citations are not allowed.
- The main text of the manuscript should be formatted in Georgia font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- Footnotes must be in Georgia font, size 10, and should be single-spaced.
- The title of the submission must be in UPPERCASE, bold, with font size 14.
- Headings should be in UPPERCASE, bold, and set to font size 14.
- Sub-headings must appear in Title Case, bold, with font size 12.
- Sub-sub-headings should be in Title Case, italics, and formatted in font size 12.
- Submissions must be the original work of the author and are liable to be rejected if they are found to be plagiarised or contain excessive use of AI-generated content.
- Submissions must be exclusive and must not be under concurrent consideration elsewhere.
- Authors are to refer to our Ethics Policy and AI Policy before submission.
