Submissions will be considered only if they are written in English.
Every article must include an abstract of no more than 300 words. Abstracts are not required for case comments or book reviews.
The abstract should clearly outline the originality and relevance of the proposed argument. It must also highlight the article’s distinct contribution to existing academic discussions or literature.
Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors per submission.
To facilitate a blind review process, manuscripts must not reveal the identity of the author(s). However, references to previously published work by the author(s) may be included.
The citations must conform to OSCOLA 4th Edition.
The Editorial Board will conduct a plagiarism check in accordance with the prevailing guidelines set by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Graphics, Charts, Tables, and Diagrams should be numbered consecutively when included in the body of the work.
Endnotes and/or Bibliography and in-text citations are not allowed.
The main text of the manuscript should be formatted in Georgia font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
Footnotes must be in Georgia font, size 10, and should be single-spaced.
The title of the submission must be in UPPERCASE, bold, with font size 14.
Headings should be in UPPERCASE, bold, and set to font size 14.
Sub-headings must appear in Title Case, bold, with font size 12.
Sub-sub-headings should be in Title Case, italics, and formatted in font size 12.
Submissions must be the original work of the author and are liable to be rejected if they are found to be plagiarised or contain excessive use of AI-generated content.
Submissions must be exclusive and must not be under concurrent consideration elsewhere.
