The NLUA Law & Policy Review (NLUALPR) ISSN: 2455-8672, is a faculty run peer reviewed journal published by the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam since the year 2015. The primary objective of the Journal is to serve as an important academic forum for legal scholarship. The Law Review shall publish scholarly articles, comments on recent decisions by courts, legislative analysis and solicit reviews of latest books from renowned connoisseurs of law. All submissions shall undergo a rigorous editorial process devised to hone and strengthen tone and substance.
