Profile

Nihal Chhetri is currently engaged with the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam, as a Teaching Assistant (Law). He is currently engaged in the teaching of International Law, Family Law, and Human Rights Law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His areas of interest include gender justice, human rights, environmental law, international law, and LGBTQIA++ rights.

He has presented papers at various international and national conferences and has several publications in both UGC-Care-listed and peer-reviewed journals.

He has been an active debater during his undergraduate level and he has represented his university in various state, national, and international debate competitions.
