Profile

Ms. Aparajita Dutta Hazarika is working as an Assistant Professor of English at NLUJA, Assam and is associated with the teaching of B.A., LL.B. Five Year Integrated Course since February, 2013. She did her B.A. in English from Handique Girls’ College, Guwahati under Gauhati University and M.A. with specialisation in American Literature from Cotton College under Gauhati University. Prior to joining NLUJA, Assam, she was working in Arya Vidyapeeth College, Guwahati. She also holds a B.Ed. Degree. She is a member of North East Writers’ Forum (NEWF). She has a keen interest in creative writing and has published several poems, short stories and book reviews in leading newspapers and magazines.
