Important Instructions for Candidates who have been admitted to LL.M One Year Degree Programme and B.A.,LL.B (Hons.) of NLUJA, Assam on the basis of the Allotment Lists published by the Office of the Convenor, CLAT, 2021
I. CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN ADMITTED TO UG & PG PROGRAMME ON THE BASIS OF ALLOTMENT LIST PUBLISHED BY O/O CONVENOR, CLAT, 2021 AND HAVE SUBSEQUENTLY BEEN UPGRADED TO SOME OTHER NLU ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO INFORM NLUJA, ASSAM ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY WHERE THE SAME HAS BEEN UPGRADED IN ORDER THAT TRANSFER OF ADMISSION FEE MAY BE EXPEDITED.
II. CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN/WILL BE ADMITTED TO UG & PG PROGRAMME AGAINST VACANT SEATS AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHOSE TO WITHDRAW ADMISSION WILL RECEIVE REFUND OF SEAT BOOKING FEE/ADMISSION FEE IN THE BANK ACCOUNT WHERE FROM THE INITIAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. HOWEVER, THE REFUND PROCESS WILL BE INITIATED ONLY UPON RECEIPT OF REQUEST EMAIL FROM CANDIDATE.
III. CANDIDATES WHO HAVE PAID SEAT BOOKING FEE OF INR 50,000/ FOR VACANT SEATS, AND ARE NOT OFFERED SEAT BY NLUJA, ASSAM WILL RECEIVE REFUND OF SEAT BOOKING FEE/ADMISSION FEE IN THE BANK ACCOUNT WHERE FROM THE INITIAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
FURTHER, IT MAY BE NOTED THAT ALL REFUND RELATED EMAILS ARE TO BE SENT TO refund@nluassam.ac.in
Important Notice for Candidates applying against vacant seats(UG and PG)
1. Seat Booking Fee is to be transfered to NLUJA, Assam on or before August 25, 2021 (5 P.M.). Payment received from candidates after the stipulated time, will not be considered.

2. Candidates (PG) with rank above 1700 are not eligible to apply against vacant seats of All India Unreserved Category. The mentioned cap is not applicable on vacant seats of reserved category.
3. Candidates (UG) with rank above 2800 are not eligible to apply against vacant seats of All India Unreserved Category. The mentioned cap is not applicable on vacant seats of reserved category.

Important Instructions for the candidates who have paid Rs. 50,000/- to CLAT Office and have been allotted seat at NLUJA, Assam for admission to the Post-Graduate Programme under Fifth Allotment List
Candidates who have been upgraded to NLUJA, Assam in the Fifth Allotment List published by O/O Convener, CLAT, 2021 shall pay the differential fee amount to the University, i.e. candidates will deduct the amount paid to the University allotted in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Allotment List from the Admission Fee payable to NLUJA, Assam and transfer the balance amount.
Note:
- Candidates are to email the voucher/s of fee transaction made to the University allotted in the First, Second, Third and Fourth Allotment List.
