Dr. Topi Basar

Dr. Topi Basar has more than nine years of teaching experience. Before joining NLUJAA she was working as Assistant Professor in Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Her Ph.D. was on “Evolving a viable benefit sharing mechanism and legal protection of traditional knowledge in India- a critical study”. Her specialization is in Constitutional Law, Intellectual property laws (Traditional Knowledge), International Trade Law. She has participated in various National & International Seminars and workshops. She has published four research papers in reputed research journals. She has designed course contents in International Trade Laws for LL.B. and International Economic Institutions for LL.M. course. She has been ST & SC Liaison Officer at Delhi University. She has been an observer at several Selection Committee for lecturers at Delhi University. She was an expert member at several interviews conducted under the Staff Selection Commission. She participated at young global leadership meet at Melbourne, Australia selected by the Delhi University.
